Participating Mentors
The breadth and caliber of the mentors is a major strength of our Training Program in Neurobehavioral Genetics. A key ingredient is the mixture among the faculty of clinical/translational investigators and basic scientists (many of whom also trained as physicians). All of the senior participating faculty have well-established records in research and training and have achieved distinction in their area of research. The training faculty are well-funded (averaging > $1 million a year in extramural funding). The research training record of the faculty, as determined by the success of their former trainees in establishing independent and productive scientific careers, is also superb.
In order to be eligible for consideration on the Training Program in Neurobehavioral Genetics, applicants must be nominated by a UCLA Faculty Member who is listed below.
